Quotation is valid for 30 days

Quotation is free of Goods & Services Tax (GST Free)

Quotation includes travel and the removal and disposal of green waste as a result of the scope of work

Quotation price(s) are based on the service requested by you (the Client) via phone call, email or onsite inspection

You (the Client) warrant that you are the owner/occupier of the property and lawfully entitled to instruct and authorise us (the Contractor) to enter the property to provide the service
-
Payment for work is due on completion or strictly due within 7 days of completion via direct transfer without set off or deduction
-
Payment is required upfront for the purchase of materials such as turf, mulch and plants; delivery will be made onsite a day or two prior to commencement.

You (the Client) will choose a suitable and safe area for delivery to minimise mess, damage or marks left on paths and driveways.

We (the Contractor) shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the materials supplied
-
We (the Contractor) shall not be responsible for replacement costs in the event that delivered materials are stolen, damaged or destroyed
-
We (the Contractor) reserve the right to vary our quotation if the service differs from quoted price.

Extra charges will apply due to but not limited to the following: Unforeseen scope of work not previously communicated by you (the Client); last minute variations requested by you or needed; additional services requested by you or the discovery of unidentifiable difficulties such as hard rock, tree stumps or buried rubble

We (the Contractor) reserve the right to refuse to carry out the work as a result of hidden services or unidentifiable difficulties beyond our ability or to safely or legally continue

You (the Client) warrant that the property has water and electrical services and ensure that the property and facilities to be used are safe and compliant in order to carry out the work

We (the Contractor) reserve the right to not proceed with the work if site is unsafe
-
We (the Contractor) require unobstructed access in order to carry out the work. You (the Client) will ensure gates are unlocked; pets will not to be in the yard; obstacles and animal waste will be removed; objects that could be accidently damaged will be secured or removed from the service area

Where lawn mowing is provided you (the Client) will ensure that reticulation sprinklers will be retracted for mowing over or identified if not retractable
-
You (the Client) acknowledge that we (the Contractor) will not be liable for any accidental damage outside of our control that may occur as a result of the service

We (the Contractor) reserve the right to reschedule should we be unable to carry out the work due to poor weather conditions, no access, obstructions or if pets are present
-
We (the Contractor) require 48-hour notice should you (the Client) need to reschedule or cancel the service visit

In the event of cancellation with less than 48 hour notice we (the Contractor) reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% for the labour/service and 100% of any materials purchased for the work due to loss of income and out of pocket expenses

We (the Contractor) pride ourselves on providing a professional and specialised service, should you (the Client) not be satisfied with the quality of work, you agree to contact us within 24 hours of completion to discuss a resolution

Late payments will incur an additional $10.00 administration fee for every 7 days past due date

We (the Contractor) reserve the right to use a collection agency due to non-payment to recover outstanding debts with collection costs added to the outstanding balance
Commercial

You (the Client) warrant that you are the property owner, an agent and/or manager for the property owner and lawfully entitled to instruct us on the service required and lawfully entitled to authorise us to enter the property to provide the service

Payment for work is strictly due within 30 days of completion via direct transfer without set off or deduction

We (the Contractor) reserve the right to vary our quotation if the service differs from quoted price.
